RP Constructores approached me with an active real estate project that had strong architectural renders and a sales manual, but limited commercial traction.
The decision was to go beyond improving individual assets and instead elevate both the project’s visual identity and the construction company’s overall brand — creating a more professional, trustworthy, and market-ready presentation.
The visual identity was refreshed with a more contemporary color palette and a clear graphic language focused on credibility and commercial appeal.
A concise usage guide ensured consistency across digital, print, and on site applications, while the redesigned sales brochure presented the project as a real, functional space rather than a purely architectural concept.
Printed materials were designed to reinforce the project’s presence at street level.
Billboards, point of sale graphics, and flyers were strategically placed near the construction site to capture the attention of passersby, connect the physical location with the project’s identity, and support ongoing sales efforts.
The website was designed as the project’s main point of reference.
All communication efforts directed users to a single digital space where they could clearly understand the project, explore key information, and quickly connect with sales advisors. The site functioned as a simple, accessible tool to support inquiries, follow-ups, and ongoing commercial conversations.
